| A stamp can be placed under the page contents (Underneath) or over the page contents (Over). | |||||

| Note: Some PDF page descriptions erase the page by painting it over in white before drawing the text and graphics. In that case, stamps placed “Underneath” will not be visible because they will be overdrawn in white. “Over” stamps are not affected since they are drawn last. If a stamp placed underneath is not visible, try using the Over setting. In addition, images in the original document almost always have a white background and will hide any stamp that’s placed underneath. | |||||
